Ingredients: Hyssop, Peppermint, Lavender, Stinging Nettle.

Directions:

Pour boiling water over 1 tsp of herbs (1 TBS for a stronger brew), steep for 10 minutes and drink as tea up to 3 times a day. Makes about 30 cups.
